Hub #1
Colville, WA
33 acres · 939 Clugston Onion Creek Rd
Founding origin of Peace Engineers. Manufacturing + EnergiCell® production anchor; the prototype campus for every Regenerator that ships onward.
The Physical Layer
The Open Source Town is the playable version of a real thing. Every node in the 54-region mesh is a ReGen Hub — and the digital Town and the physical Hub mirror each other one-to-one.
What a Hub is
A ReGen Hub is a parcel — typically 5–50 acres — engineered to embody all 12 Resource Realms, host ~144 Peace Engineers in residence and rotation, and serve as one of the 54 nodes of the global mesh. Each Hub is designed so dependency on extractive centralized systems goes toward zero while human flourishing rises across measurable indices.
Standard Composition
The same district build-list that structures the Open Source Town. Eight systems, all twelve realms, one parcel.
1–5 MW of ENG8 catalysed-fusion power, with ~30% surplus to the treasury.
Sauna / cold-plunge, HeartMath suites, breathwork, regenerative clinic (wellbeing, not medical care).
Built from Wise Walls / Wise Rooms — basalt-composite, water- and energy-positive.
Plus spirulina bioreactors — local nutrition grown on-parcel.
On-Hub manufacturing and basalt fabrication for parts and structures.
Plus ceremonial circle — governance and gathering at the Hub's heart.
Sovereign cloud and encrypted P2P comms, off the centralized backbone.
EV, hydrogen, and basalt vessels for people and cargo.
The Key Reframing
A single dwelling is simultaneously an energy node, water node, food node, health node, shelter node, waste node, education node, comms node, transport node, manufacturing node, economic node, and governance node — all twelve realms land on one parcel.
Engineer the parcel correctly and Pe rises in twelve directions at once.
This is why the Town is the heart of the site: it is literally where the math becomes ground. See the materials & energy science →
Phase 1
The first Hubs are relationships, not markets — each chosen for a bond that already exists.
Hub #1
33 acres · 939 Clugston Onion Creek Rd
Founding origin of Peace Engineers. Manufacturing + EnergiCell® production anchor; the prototype campus for every Regenerator that ships onward.
Hub #2
“where canoes rest” · Tlingit homeland
Homeland of the founder and home of the Situk Institute. First ENG8 diesel-replacement pilot, in partnership with the Yakutat Tlingit Tribe, Sealaska, and CCTHITA.
Hub #3
Sovereign Indigenous government
Pacific Ring anchor with a sovereign Indigenous government already served. A relationship, not a market.
Sister site
Former missile base · U.S. Opportunity Zone
The “Abundance Vault” — a hardened underground archive and manufacturing site. Weaponry literally inverted to livingry.
Indigenous and partner-nation content for Yakutat and the Kingdom of Hawaii is co-authored and approval-pending. See the Situk Institute.
Twins
/hubs and /town are mirrors. The Town lets you raise each realm's sovereignty and watch the attractor converge toward abundance; the Hub is that same system, engineered into ground. What you learn playing the Town is the build-list for a real sovereignty cell.
